Wedding Day FAQs
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4pm, please leave ample time to arrive as you'll be dealing with winter traffic in Toronto.
As a best practice, please aim to arrive 15-30 min before the ceremony start time to allow for time to get settled.
What is your Wedding Day Program?
3:30 pm: Wedding Party Arrives - 4:00 pm: Ceremony - 4:30 pm: Cocktail hour and Champagne Toast - 6:30 pm: Dinner - 8:30 pm: Reception - 12:30 am: Send off
What time does your reception end?
We are going to get kicked out around 12:30 am so that they can clean up and have all staff exit by 1:00 am.
Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony will begin at 4pm, after which there will be a cocktail hour on the main floor prior to dinner that is planned for around 6:30 pm.
Will the wedding be indoors?
Yes! Don't worry, we will not expect you to stand outside in the winter. There is a coat room to hang coats/place wet boots if needed.
You will have access to the exterior of the museum, but no events will take place outdoors.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code is formal attire. Please see the Mood section of our website for some inspiration.
Our number one goal is that you are comfortable and can enjoy yourself fully. Should the dress code limit that for you, please prioritize your comfort.
Am I allowed to take photos of the wedding?
Absolutely! We do however ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony. We have enlisted the help of some very talented photographers and wish to keep the ceremony unplugged. The rest of the evening, have at it!
What if I'm not feeling well on the wedding day?
December is cold and flu season. Please prioritize your health and the health of the other guests. If you are unwell, please do not attend the day. You will be missed, but we want to ensure everyone is safe and healthy.

Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Please have fun, and drink responsibly.
I have dietary requirements, what should I do?
We've done our best to accommodate for dietary requirements, however please reach out to Caroline or Kyle if you have any restrictions and/or concerns. We want to ensure everyone is safe and well fed.
RSVP and Registry
How do I RSVP to the wedding?

We do not have a registry. Please see the Gifts section of our website for more information.
Directions, Travel, Accomodations
What is the best way to get to the venue?
We recommend public transit or a taxi/uber. We say this for two reasons:
1) we do not want anyone to drink and drive
2) there is no parking available on site
I'm driving, where can I park?
Please note, there is no parking at the venue (sorry! It's Toronto, and a historic site). Please see the Travel & Accommodation section of our website for more info on parking in the area.
Have you reserved a block of hotel rooms?
Because most of our guests are local, we have not reserved a block of hotel rooms. Please see our Travel & Accommodations page for some recommendations. If you need support booking a place to stay, please reach out to Caroline or Kyle.
General FAQs
Where will wedding updates be posted?
Caroline is a big planner-ideally there will be very little change! Any changes will be communicated via the website and to guests directly.
Can I bring a plus one?
Yes! Many of you will have an addressed plus one with your invitation, however all are welcome. Please ensure Caroline and Kyle are aware of your plus one if not explicitly addressed in your invitation.
I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
Questions leading up to the day, please feel free to reach out to Caroline or Kyle. There will be an event coordinator on the wedding day who will be with the catering service. Please feel free to ask for Samuel.
